Orders, Returns and Exchanges
Exempting strong, valid reasons, orders may not be cancelled after credit card payment has been authorised and approved.
An administrative fee may be charged if the cancelled order has already been processed.

We regret to inform you that products, once sold are non-returnable.
As part of our effort to deliver premium services to our customers, all our orders are meticulously inspected by our quality assurance officers before being shipped out. However, if you wish to make an exchange, we accept changes for the following reasons:
Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
Product is found to be faulty.
All exchanges must be made within 7 working day(s) and can be done either through post (sponsored by us), or visiting one of our stores. They have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase clearly printed on it for verification.
